Our beautiful European-influenced facility is open to the public for membership. We offer a complete fitness program with various exercise classes ranging from aerobics to yoga, Pilates, stretch and conditioning. We feature a full Cybex strength circuit, stairmasters, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and free weights with personal training available. We also offer a complete Pilates exercise program including instruction and a full studio.
